Absolutely superb location with easy access to beautiful walks and historical sites. The full English breakfast was exceptional, with fresh pastries that started each day on a delightful note. The surrounding area is teeming with wildlife, and the local pubs offer enjoyable meals at great prices. I found the noise levels in the room a bit disruptive at times, and the need for more information about local attractions could enhance the stay further.

Had a lovely stay in Ford! The breakfast spread was a feast—fresh pastries, cereals, and a proper full English to kick off the day. The room was spotlessly clean and comfy—truly a cozy retreat after exploring the idyllic village.
One cheeky downside? The village kind of shuts down early, so we had to drive quite a bit for food after 8pm, and the walls weren't soundproof, so we could catch a few whispers from next door.

the rooms were bigger than we thought, breakfast was super good and they gave us leftover pastries! comfy beds too, we slept like babies in a beautiful location. also, there's a lil fridge to keep some stuff.
the village kinda closes early at 5pm, so we had to drive for food. and there weren't many options nearby.

Inconsistent sound insulation!!! Limited dining options after 5 PM!!! The confusing check-in process could be streamlined!!! better signage is needed for ease of finding the place!!!

great stay but a small bathroom
The hospitality from the hosts was exceptional, making us feel at home. Breakfast was a highlight with a great variety of choices including cereals, pastries, and a truly delicious full English.
The en-suite bathroom is a bit cramped for space.

The room was spacious and perfect for our family with two small kids. Breakfast was outstanding, featuring a variety of tasty options and even leftovers to take for later. We loved the added bonus of a little fridge in the room to store snacks!
In my wife’s opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

Perfect cozy getaway
We just loved our stay! The room was super spacious and clean, and the locals were so friendly. Breakfast was top-notch, and the packed lunch option was great for our hikes. Only thing was parking could be a bit tight during weekends. But seriously, the walks nearby are stunning, and the food at the local pubs was delicious!
